For the past few years, I've had the incredible opportunity to work with Roxy, capturing the longboard team's annual journey along the Southern California coast. Each year, we culminate our adventure at the prestigious Malibu Classic, held at the iconic Malibu Pier—home to one of the best right-hand point breaks in Southern California. Spending a week every year with the team, I've become close with these talented surfers, each bringing their own unique style and personality to the sport. Collaborating closely with Roxy executives in France, I ensured every piece stayed true to the brand while highlighting the team's energy, camaraderie, and passion for the ocean. Daily long-form edits cut into daily 9x16 Instagram stories during contest week, offering fans an intimate look into the vibrant world of the Roxy surf team. With same-day filming and editing, it was an intense but rewarding experience—one I eagerly anticipate each year.
